CIP Staff will assign cases based on editor subspecialty via the Cortex. There are two ways to start reviewing cases assigned to you, but first, bookmark the Cortex Login Page and use your ACR SSO login credentials.

1. Via CIP Case Assignment Emails:

If you have been assigned a case, you will receive the below auto-generated email that includes a link to edit the case on the backend (Cortex) in addition to previewing the case as the end-user.

Subject: Case in Point Assignment (33099)

Body: You have received a case assignment.

Preview: https://3s.acr.org/CIP/CaseView.aspx?CaseId=bWfF74cxmtA%3d&Preview=true&FromPortal=false

When you have completed your review, please make the appropriate reassignment by changing the flag.

Editors, don't forget to update the primary taxonomy tab.

2. Via the Cortex:

If you have misplaced a case assignment email or you would like to see all cases assigned to you, you may check the Editor Dashboard.

On the left-hand side, click your name to see your list of cases assigned to you.

Edit and Preview buttons are available to edit the case on the back-end of the Cortex as well as preview case as the end-user.
